Privacy Policy
Business owners' privacy is the foundation of Ribhi. This policy states precisely what we collect and what we never look at.
What we collect
- Account data: your name, business name, email, phone number.
- Your business data: what you and your team enter (revenue, expenses, clients, staff). This data is yours.
- Technical data: IP addresses and login records, for security.
What we never do
- We do not sell your data or share it for marketing or commercial purposes.
- Platform staff do not see your internal figures in normal operation — the admin panel shows subscription details and user counts only.
- We do not use your data to train any AI systems.
Support access
When you need technical support, our team may access your account — and every such access is automatically recorded in your own activity log, visible to you. Any change support makes (password reset, detail edits) is recorded the same way.
Email & messages
We use your email and phone for operational purposes only: login codes, password recovery and subscription notices. No marketing messages without your consent.
Storage & security
Data is stored on secured servers, passwords are hashed and unreadable to anyone, all connections are fully encrypted (HTTPS), and daily backups are taken.
Lawful disclosure
We disclose data only under a legal obligation from a competent authority in the State of Kuwait, and only to the minimum extent necessary.
Deleting your data
The business owner may request permanent deletion of all their data at any time. Deletion is complete and irreversible; the platform retains only its own payment records.
