Terms of Service
1. The service
Ribhi is a small-business management platform (money, staff, clients and reports) provided on a monthly or yearly subscription. By using Ribhi you agree to these terms.
2. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials — and those of your business's users — confidential. Information provided at signup must be accurate and kept up to date.
3. Your data is yours
Everything you enter into Ribhi — revenue, expenses, clients, staff — belongs to your business alone. We do not sell your data, share it with third parties for commercial purposes, or view it in normal operation.
4. Support access
Platform staff may access your account for technical support only, and every such access is automatically and visibly recorded in your own activity log.
5. Lawful disclosure
We may disclose data when legally required to do so by a competent authority in the State of Kuwait, and only to the minimum extent necessary.
6. Subscription & trial
Every account starts with a free 30-day trial. Continued service afterwards requires a paid subscription. When a subscription lapses, access is locked but your data remains safely stored, restored in full upon renewal.
7. Data deletion
The business owner may request permanent deletion of all their data at any time. Deletion is complete and irreversible. The platform retains only its own payment records for accounting purposes.
8. Acceptable use
The platform may not be used for any unlawful activity, or to attempt access to another business's data.
9. Limitation of liability
The platform is provided as-is. Figures, reports and calculations (including any future calculators) are aids and do not constitute legal or financial advice. Ribhi is not liable for decisions taken based on them.
10. Changes
We may update these terms and will notify you of material changes inside the platform. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kuwait.
